3 Stage Process

Shot Blasting

Rims are blasted in a Dual Rim Blaster.

The Dual Blaster uses powerful slinger guns that completely remove all rust, scale and paint buildup in just minutes.

Rims are cleaned down to base metal.

Paint Application

Rims are then painted with durable powder paints giving the rim a new wheel finish.

These powders are available in all standard colors and some custom order colors.

If you are looking to get more life out of your rim, we recommend using a powder primer.

Bake a Rim Oven

Rims are then placed on the oven's automatic conveyor system.

The rim travels through the bake oven ( curing chamber) to complete the finish that is much harder the standard enamel paints.
